Cha Dao “the way of tea” is an ancient practice, integrating tea as plant medicine for the body, mind and spirit.

We will have several bowls of tea in silence easing us into a gentle meditation as the tea connects us to nature, community and ourselves. Tea meets us exactly where we are and gives us exactly what is needed.

Each ceremony is completely unique and deeply moving. Limited to 5 to keep the intimate nature of the practice flowing.
