Details + Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $750 deposit is required to reserve your room and spot.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than September 6, 2025.
SINGLE BED VS SHARED
Single bed is for one person whereas shared bed means two people share a bed.
We encourage you to bring a friend and share a bed to take advantage of the lower shared rate.
TRANSPORTATION
Retreat pricing does not include transportation.
Opportunities for carpooling from Orange County or shuttle to/from Flagstaff or Phoenix Airport can be facilitated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I realize that things happen that are out of your control. If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.
I’m happy to consider a refund, but only if you or I am able to find someone to take your spot.
