Celebrate Summer Solstice — A Ceremonial Evening of Tea, Sound & Guided Reflection
Join Gemma Totten & Amy Thorson of Nativ Healing for an evening of ceremonial tea, intuitive journaling, and sacred sound. Together, we’ll celebrate the longer days, reflect on the first half of the year, and create space to dream into the season ahead.
Rooted in the tradition of Cha Dao, Amy will guide a sacred tea ceremony devoted to presence, grounding, and connection through the medicine of the tea leaves. From this space, Gemma will lead guided journal prompts to illuminate clarity, insight, and inner transformation.
We will close with an alchemy sound immersion for gentle integration, allowing the body and spirit to soften, receive, and embody the energy of the solstice.
Please bring a pen, a journal and anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable.
Each ceremony is unique and deeply moving. Limited to 12 to keep the intimate nature of the practice flowing.
